I am considering sealing this blog.
As to what that means, I may make every post non-discoverable, and change the link to the blog in order to seal it off. I tend to love travelers who stop by, but I am debating on this front.
One of the main reasons would be that I want to limit traffic, not for any personal or private reasons, but the idea of a closed room can be comforting.
Of course, I am partial to it being open for others as well, but at the same time it changes.
If I were to create a seal to this blog, I will ensure that when I change the link, I will send the link to the blog towards people who I wouldn't mind view it.
Even so, anyone can, it's still open, anyone with the link can find it but...without any SEO and the creation of a garbled link, it will be rather difficult.
I'm still debating...but also I think I would like to shake some people off of this blog who I would prefer not read this.
It may sound weird but I am just posting this as a warning that my blog will not have disappeared or anything like that!
I am a public person online still, while staunchly advocating for privacy. It became much more of my thing when I got into information security, degoogling a long while ago now, ensuring compliance, digital authenticity, pgp encryption, all that! It's always been ironic in a way when considering the public nature, but as I spoke in my recent blogs, I have reasons for being so public still despite my past.
Only time will tell, but for now, I hope everyone is taking care of themselves!
PS: Also if I make it private, I may add a >cute< >pop< portfolio for my photography, work events, certifications, ongoing CEUs, hackathons, and more.
Now...that is something I would still allow to be public, but would rather it still be a bit more insular! _ puppy hamster-tastic!
